      - Customers were great to work with, especially the regulars. - Co-workers are great. Doesn't feel like a job when you're working with your friends. - Good pay - Great culture

      - Difficult to get requested time off (sick/vacation) - Lack of employees made it difficult to find coverage - Shift leads lacked consistency.
