Upper management is just awful. You are constantly walking on eggshells and afraid to do your job, always finding yourself in a lose-lose situation. Upper management creates a hostile environment. If you try to make any recommendations for change you are blown off and ignored. It is a very tense work environment where one slip could cost you your job.
