      Pros

      Had one fun project there. Supportive HR.

      Cons

      Project can be hit or miss. A couple of other projects have been highly stressful. Also hard to get recognition unless you have metrics to show. even when I was highly praised in my project, I still didn’t get any from agency itself.

      They encourage you to learn, do your best and, take certifications after shift or during your bench, offshore employees easy to get along with

      Demand deadlines from clients No autonomy work, client centered company.
