Pros

- Gained lots of valuable experience - They paid for my qualifications (although they stopped during covid, not sure if they still do it) - Decent benefits

Cons

- Sometimes good, sometimes bad - depends on the client you're at - Felt like career was stagnant after a while - Culture used to be great, a lot of people have left
