      Nepotistic, low pay, advanced education and background considered threatening, poor patient care due to unnecessary micromanagement, workplace bullying and cliques.

      Pros

      The moral at Porter is nice. The employees are treated with respect. They are dedicated to patient care. I would recommend others to work there.

      Cons

      As a Respiratory Therapist, I do not feel I was able to provide services within my scope of practice. I have earned credentials & education. Too many decisions were taken out of my hands. In that respect, I felt like a controlled, crippled therapist.
