They will give you anything you ask for salary wise , because they only want you short term to cover the business and they will forever extend your probation and then find reasons to fire you because they don’t need you anymore

Toxic store director They do not care about you nor your career . So last year 2022 they were hiring and head hunting a lot of people from different companies in the Same industry and I mean a lot …. They were head hunting people who were experienced like myself and people who had a comfortable and stable career , then find reasons to fire you because you don’t reach their unrealistic and unreasonable target . They never do touch bases with anyone than 6 months in the company they decided they have to extend your probation because suddenly they are not happy with you ….. and everyone is on edge because every month there are staff randomly fired and disappear.
