    Pros

Amazing brand. If you work at a store in a good location it can be easy to sell. You get a small discount.

    Cons

You are worked to the bone. Clienteling takes a ton of effort and takes time away from the sales floor while others are selling. You are working even on your days off trying to sell items for the store, for a ridiculously small commission. Management does not care about you at all.

Great salary and high commission for retail job. Realistic sales goals in comparison to other luxury retail stores.

    Cons

Management and corporate direction micromanage every move. Sales not as good as they used to be.

    Pros

I love the product and that that our original designer is still alive

    Cons

Company micromanaged to death. Impossible to move up. Management only sees what they want to see. Higher up area managers are a joke and have favorites.

    Advice to Management

Don't waste your time unless you want a headache daily.
