      Great coworkers and you learn technical skills

      Cons

      Leadership is stuck in doing things the old way because they were all trained by the founder of the company and people have never worked anywhere else. Not open to thinking differently and innovating operations even if everyone is being overworked - they only hire analysts because they are malleable unlike people in sr roles
