Cons
Cut the head off the snake and watch how much that actually solves. The President is the single biggest issue that this company is facing. From the constant "Personal Bonuses" that he awards himself, to the belittlement that is guaranteed each and every time you need his approval for something, IT is unanimously known here that the President of PDS is a relic from a bygone era when leading "By Fear" was a commonly practiced tactic and words like Motivation, Inspiration, Empowerment and Appreciation had yet been discovered. FYI- You need his approval to do even the most mundane of tasks.
