Pros

If you're good working independently and keeping your own schedule, the job is generally easy. Some routes can be great because the homes are close together. I found the other employees rather nice, and the management was nice as well.

Cons

Company policies are great for customer service, but guarantee you won't make nearly as much money as you should. Free Reservices should absolutely be questioned more by the office. The amount of times I spent redoing a mini mansion because they found a dead roach was ridiculous. I found my routes rarely had houses that were nearby and often had 30 minute drives between houses. I often found myself doing one house in particular neighborhoods every day, when they easily could have arranged most of those houses for one day and it would have been better for the company and the technician. In the few months I worked there I only had the chance to take lunch 3 times, due to the distance between houses, houses that could never be done in 20 minutes, extra houses added by the office. A mix of everything here often meant that I'd be out doing services for 11 hours and not even making 100$ that day.

Pros

Lots of training, able to be out on your own all day for the most part.

Cons

Performance matters very little as long as you can do well in the theatrics of the job.
