Pros
- Decent PTO policy. - Friendly coworkers. - ???
Cons
All the negative reviews on here are not wrong, and all the positive reviews are basically paid for. They directly ask new hires to write positive reviews, which people "gladly" do to not risk losing their new jobs. That should tell you all you need to know about the atmosphere at PrimePay. Management is absolutely terrible and will keep entire cross-departmental teams in the dark on projects they are responsible for, even if it risks productivity. Expect your mental health to suffer as you will never know if you are about to be given a raise or sacked for some superfluous reason. All the talk you see on linkedin about "growth" and "upward change" is just a mask for corporate backstabbing. The entire upper management team runs this place like a revolving door of soulless monsters, the result being a company of 300+ highly educated employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off, never knowing what to focus on. They don't respect or care about their employees at all and it shows in people's morale. This place will seem great going in because the recruitment team is amazing, but once you're in, expect a rude awakening. If you have an offer from somewhere else, take it, this place will never change.
