Nice team, lots of work

Cons

Their process of declining submitted work was discouraging as they weren't always clear about what was wrong and were not allowed to tell you how to fix it. You needed to rely on managers or teammates to QA work and they were not always available. The workload was often unsustainable for many members.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
