Really great people to work with who are always willing to help each other out and collaborate. Good atmosphere in the office and a fun culture. Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and nationalities. We've had some great client feedback in the last year and clients often say they enjoy working with us. Trips away (last year to Portugal) and other social events organised by the company. The company has also started to invest in more training and development for everyone e.g. presentation training and coaching. Overall a very positive environment with a real "can do" attitude. Moving soon to a newly designed office which will give more space to grow. Always busy and with plenty to get involved in. Employees are encouraged to learn new skills and get involved. The data industry is a great place to be right now career-wise. Management and colleagues regularly share information about the company plans and latest developments in the all- company Forum which can be attended remotely as well as in-office. Lots of positive plans for company growth and success which will make 2018 a really exciting year.
Cons
No real downside from my POV. Some of the challenges the company had last year have already been addressed with new software making it easier to share knowledge, new intranet and also new hires and the new office move.
