- Really laid back, trusting environment - Smart, tech savvy people - Approachable senior management team - Investment in coaching and people development - Training and shadow opportunities available - Selection of fruit and breakfast - Drinks every Friday - Trips and days out

Cons

- Couldn't really fit in; you had to show personality to some of the institutional colleagues to feel validated. - One dimensional client base, lacking variety. - Not enough work. It seemed like there were more heads than work available. - Somehow reported for browsing non-work websites whilst managers and colleagues are consistently monitoring their social lives. - Laid back attitude was seen too often, especially from those who decided to work from home. - Management and career development meetings were poor and lacked direction.
