    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Profusion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The team are close knit. The location of the office is great.

    Cons

Huge inequality throughout the office, some teams are paid much more than others. The campaign team works a lot of overtime that's not compensated. Lots of mismanagement and poor processes meant a lot of mistakes happened that required extra work to fix/cover up. No real communication from senior management. Also pay wasn't transparent and a female colleague of mine discovered she was paid thousands less than her equal...

I have been working at Profusion full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good company to work for so many people in there with high capabilities and knowledge you can learn from. Free beers on Fridays and fruits daily. The future sounds bright for Profusion, will recommend.

    Cons

Too many changes in the last couple of years which left some people unsure with their future and positions,

    Advice to Management

Look into motivating all the teams. Some employees feel like they have been left apart.

I have been working at Profusion part-time

    Pros

Really great people to work with who are always willing to help each other out and collaborate. Good atmosphere in the office and a fun culture. Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and nationalities. We've had some great client feedback in the last year and clients often say they enjoy working with us. Trips away (last year to Portugal) and other social events organised by the company. The company...

    Cons

No real downside from my POV. Some of the challenges the company had last year have already been addressed with new software making it easier to share knowledge, new intranet and also new hires and the new office move.

I have been working at Profusion full-time

    Pros

Profusion has a great atmosphere and tons of interesting work. The people are the highlight however as you really get a chance to socialise and feel part of a team.

    Cons

There have been some struggles with direction and strategies. Lost a few good people to competitors. But things look positive for 2017 and the people are still fun.

    Advice to Management

Keep the company close-knit. Perhaps hire some more staff in high workload areas.
