      Easily accessible break rooms Reasonable working environment Great to work with some coworkers Overtime is constantly available Attentive supervisors

      They sometimes hire felons without passing the background check The old man Brian that is a lead purposefully bosses people around just to mess with them Will let you go over any little thing including as being late by five minutes or leaving early because you are hurt

      Interesting work if it's brand new to you. Decent management. Decent pay for work.

      Pros

      The flexibility to choose which jobs I want to take and any perm to hire position gives you the chance to try out the job, the company culture and the coworkers before you commit

      Cons

      The pay is lower as a temp, but this company offers benefits. I chose not to sign up for them, however, as I get fairly good benefits through another job I have.
