After more than 16 years working for one of the world’s leading global corporates, deciding to move to a rapidly growing and scaling company like Prometheus Group was a very deliberate and thoughtful choice. I was looking for shared motivation, energy, and a strong team-first mindset — rather than a highly political corporate environment driven by conflicting KPIs that often create internal friction and unnecessary complexity. My experience so far at Prometheus Group has been absolutely fantastic. From day one, the energy, attitude, and alignment across the organisation have been incredibly refreshing. It genuinely feels like we are working as one team, regardless of role, function, or geography, all pulling in the same direction with a clear focus on customer outcomes. The culture is open, collaborative, and highly motivated, and the leadership team is deeply committed to both people and product. Customer feedback has been very positive, and the product and roadmap are genuinely exciting — it’s clear the company is building something with real momentum and purpose. I feel 100% reassured that I made the right decision to join Prometheus Group.
