      Junior people get to do a lot of hand-on work, good learning experience. Work from home available when not onsite

      Cons

      The prestige is gone. First, the pay is no longer competitive; second, for benefits/perks is not good. For example, the annual party was just held at the lobby of the office building.

      Pros

      Was once filled with the best and brightest. A direct flow from senior regulatory officials. IBM has killed the brand. Very few, if any, senior advisors remain.

      Cons

      IBM - no more need be said.
