Pros
All of my co-workers are kind and humble, and they're willing to train you up as much as you're willing to learn. They're very transparent about the work you need to do and work together to come to a solution when asked to lend a hand.
Cons
Since the company is rather small, there's always a lot of work to be done and there's pressure to regularly give results. Every single piece of code you write also affects the client directly, so it can be daunting at times, especially if it's a section of the software that you aren't familiar with.
