Positive Experience - Anonymous employee Prosum Employee Review

Prosum is an incredibly welcoming environment in which employees are encouraged to push themselves and work together. My boss bought me lunch on the first day of work, and from that point forward, I was a member of the Prosum family. And it really is a family that extends outside of the workplace - I have personally seen many of the friendships and relationships that it has fostered. My former boss no longer works at Prosum, but he still serves as a positive reference for me on job applications. In fact, while I only spent less than a year at the company, I have kept in touch with my former boss and coworkers and went on to refer two of my friends who both loved their experience at the company as well. Not only does Prosum have a culture and work-life balance unlike anything I have ever been a part of or seen, but it also creates an environment in which everyone genuinely cares about each other's growth and well-being. The HR team and management are incredibly accessible and open to suggestions, and as a result of feeling cared for and nurtured, I was truly able to grow.
