Pros
Progressive holiday benefits which allow you to take more time off in the long run. The company is doing some very cutting edge pharma engineering.
Cons
First time company executives who are trying to micro manage everything and make a number of short term decisions. Progressive holiday benefits are good for employees but not for managers. Managers are expected to always be available, even if you are on holidays.
