      Pros

      Some schools are nice, was at a school for 2 years.

      Cons

      Too far locations. If you're having issues with the school you've been assigned to they make it out as if its your fault. Pay is terrible, it took me 2 years just to get a small pay rise. No sick pay, they complain if you take time off when you're sick.

      Poor and abusive supervisors. Superiors need more training on employee relations.
