The Heath coverage is expensive, there is no paid time off, and they have organizational issues. There is no notification if your wages get garnished so it's just a nasty surprise if it happens, especially if it was an error in the first place. It took over 2 months to get benefits started, so you may want to get insurance in the mean time or you will be fined under the ACA if you go over 3 months. I have asked for access to my personal records for pay stubs, deductions, etc, but it seems you have to go through the HR department if you want anything.
