Pros
I am in IT/Engineering industry for over 12 years and dealt with a lot of HR people. Aditi is the best HR/CCA person I have ever worked with. She is always there to help/guide you to the best of her knowledge. Sometime I have felt that she goes out of the box to assist you. Once I asked her a question that is not HR related and she said that give her 30 mins, she will come up with definite by calling couple of folks in Pyramid and she resolved my query. She is my go to for all of my questions/queries related to Pyramid and she is doing her job with utmost professionalism and honesty. I really liked his always smiling/helping attitude. In short, she is the best. As regards to my experience working with Pyramid, it is excellent and will love to work with them for a long time.
Cons
Not a single bad word for Aditi. Keep on doing great Job, Aditi !!! For Pyramid, I see almost everything is good; good competitive rates, awesome HR, benefits are good too. However, I see only part missing is the contribution in 401k. Pyramid should contribute some matching amount in 401k.
