No safety to speak up - Manager QBE Employee Review

When you work for a good manager it’s good but if you work for a bad one it’s terrible they do nothing to make things better even when you speak up they protect bad leadership even when they don’t align with the DNA and multiple people provide similar feedback it’s ignored. They systematically isolate you when you speak up and lots of talent is leaving because of this. They also rarely promote from within even when people have most of the skills they would prefer to keep people in the same roles as they are pigeon holed. There is also an unrealistic expectation of global meeting time none of which is compensated
