      Friendly close-knit teams, open to skills development and internal promotions

      Cons

      Working conditions generally poor with some higher management standing on your toes constantly and a strict sick leave policy which leaves many to come into work sick. Also very low salary for London.

      Pay was average Staff members were professional no one ever got too personal that I know of Hours were great

      Cons

      Point system sucked! one of the managers tried to discourage me during training I just had gave birth and she was very inconsiderate but I got through it and received my certificate and the funny thing I was one of their top employees. Go figure!
