They pay well for people with no proven experience in the field.

The people are not nice to work with.
For young people it's frustrating because most of them at old.
They treat you like meat, you are there to work for them no matter what.

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.
Cons
Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
