      1. No job security 2. No Allowances 3. If you really think of getting paid according to market standards and with good job security than QT is not for you

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
