      Salary is awful and getting an increase in salary isn't easy.

      Thank you for your feedback. Salary increases are purely based on performance. Every year, both you and your supervisor are given the chance to evaluate your performance. You are eligible for a raise based on the results of the performance review. Thanks again for your input, we are constantly striving to improve.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
