Pros
Flexible hours at work until your manager get jealous about your freedom. Office location is centrally located for commute. Dont expect respect from anyone except the HR team. HR team is your only comfort but they are too tied by US people.
Cons
1. Never before, I saw such worse category of managers - Untrained, insecure and self-proclaimed experts that come pissed from home and show anger in office. They act like they are product experts, UX experts, cloud experts, director material rolled into one but know nothing but blunt talk and show off. They cant handle themselves leave others, cant own responsibilites but continuously target team members by petty tactics and malicious barbs. They continue to get hefty hikes each year but team toil hard each year to get 'peanuts'. 2. If you have no friends in upper management 100% guarantee of your morale, health getting screwed 3. Egoistic people - VP will never even look at you as a colleague,forget a hi. QA managers will keep cracking jokes on your caste and culture openly! (they forget they are living on government privileges) 4. CPO talks only to his loyal boot lickers without valuing the soft spoken hard workers.
