Cons
I could write a whole book about it but I'll make it short. Empty promises from management, arrogant head office staff, if you already know the manager when you start working there (mates) you get treated better which means more hours and more responsibility. Young kids get more hours and responsibilities just because they are locals and work there already a few years, but a lot are just hiding behind the counter on their phone texting. If no customer is around they are just lazy instead of doing other things which have to get done. Talents other than customer service (for example merchandising, eye for detail and organisational skills) don't get noticed by management. Also know from other people who got stuffed around.
