      Pros

      Great employee discounts on furniture, not so great on electronics, because of margins, but there are definite benefits if you want to furnish your place. The store culture is often positive, and co workers are mostly great people.

      Cons

      Its retail, so working holidays and Saturdays are a negative. There is always a push to push for upselling added warranties and accessories, but in most cases RC Willey's extended warranties are honestly a good option for customers.

      Great team and management. Pretty good benefits like the on-site clinic.

      Pay isn’t super competitive. Not a ton of structure.
