Blatant Disregard for Employees and Candidates - Director of Corporate Taxation R+L Carriers Employee Review

Made an offer of employment. Then waited a week, while I notified my employer of my intent to resign. During that week, management decided amongst themselves to go in a different direction. They rescinded my offer letter, and left me high and dry. What ethical company operates in such blatant disregard for candidates' careers and livelihoods???
