      Flexibility to focus on what I'm great at. Allowed me to be creative in the ways I get the job done.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any down side to working at RBC Bank except we're being bought by PNC. Change is good but I am not on board with the way we're changing.

      The insurance here is good

      Cons

      Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
