Pros

Good learning ground. Big organization with many work choices. If you hit targets and have a good boss you will do well. If you have a bad boss he will try to stop you from moving forward as he needs to fill sales quota.

Cons

Lots of micro management even if you are hitting targets. Low support to advance as branch managers find it hard to fill roles that have low pay and high expectations. Insane tracking of everything you do and daily meetings. Managers will sit in your office while you take clients to "coach" you. Low level of empowerment or trust.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
