Surprisingly Great - Banking Advisor RBC Employee Review

I was skeptical of working at a bank, but RBC has completely destroyed those initial fears. Company culture is all about self-development, coaching & mentoring, and putting the client first. Especially now, they're all about teamwork and service. Big employer with lots of locations - I recently transferred locations and it went off without a hitch. Technical aspects are still getting ironed out, but aren't they always. Overall this company is focused on being the "first choice", as they say, and they do a pretty good job.
