Pros

There are a lot of opportunities, if you get along with the right people. Benefits and profit sharing options are good, as well.

Cons

If a manager takes a dislike for you, for whatever reason, which may not even be work related, you won't move up despite any of your accomplishments. I had a manager flat out tell me there's no way I'll ever advance within the company, right after I moved into a new role. Nothing like encouraging your employees to jump ship.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
