was the only agency around the area that offered me the highest hourly rate

Was hired being promised that I would have a long term assignment after a month or two. four months had passed and i still wasn't offered anything. was basically an on call substitute the entire time, would only be given sub cases like 2-3x a week so i wasn't working everyday and would be given cases very last minute. communication with the schedulers wasn't great either
