Pros

Commission split with Broker is better than traditional business models meaning more money in the agent's pocket. RE/MAX International spends more money on national advertising than the competition even in this current down market. Technology including lead generation and training is exceptional.

Cons

Fees are higher for the agent than traditional business models making it nearly impossible to work part time and have a profitable business. Full time seasoned agents are most successful with RE/MAX.

Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

Cons

Commission only, but that’s real estate.
