      If you can struggle financially and never have a personal life then give it a whirl

      Cons

      Unless you have a rich partner or have a comfortable amount of money yourself, it is difficult to get up and running. Commission splits feel like MLM

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
