      - attractive and clean work environment - pleasant co-workers - long lunch breaks

      Cons

      - cult vibe - company values are insincere - low quality merchandise at absurdly high mark-ups - exploitation of artist/artisans - image-obsessed - destroys and disposes of unsold merchandise (instead of donating to those in need) - RH nomenclature ("elevated language")= euphemisms
