My co-workers were great. The pay is better than places like Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn.
Cons
Each day you have to endure a 'values realignment' session where you get to watch and hear the same videos and incantations over and over again. It's very cult-ish. It's one big brown nose party and praise is heaped upon the CEO as if he was a God. Seriously. The 'leaders' are sycophants who are cut-throat and deal with underlings harshly. The rules change and the playing field is uneven. To work there, you have to prepare for all of this.
