Extreme division between teams. Management was apathetic toward on-going problems and ultimately ran off an entire team of Design Consultants at once. Not enough compensations for the caliber of work. Worked nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights without any extra compensation. Very physically demanding with the standing and curation of the Gallery. The pay disparity between the management and associates was extreme. Rampant gossip culture amongst management team.
