Pros

A beautifully renovated building on a popular street in a nice town. The Sale's Associates were nice to work with and the backbone of the business.

Cons

This particular Gallery is one of the first 'super sized' galleries RH opened. It is not managed well at all. Main leadership is not dedicated or in the business enough to make any kind of positive impact. Even if the leaders 'like' you, it doesn't matter as there is absolutely no way to make any $$ here. The company likes to believe they are not in 'retail' as a way to make themselves feel better, so they act like they are curing cancer or changing the world, vs. selling furniture. It is a snotty environment with challenging Greenwich clientele. Bonuses are only offered to high tiered management- and NOT the Sale's Associates who do all the selling and make all the $$. The company does NOT offer a 401K match. Maybe other RH Galleries are better, but the Greenwich location is a dead end, due to weak management that relies on the wealth of the area to make the numbers vs. digging in and finding creative ways to grow the business or inspire/reward the staff. Zero freedom working here.

Pros

Trauma bonding with your team.

Cons

Leadership has no pulse on reality. They put business need and dictator-like decision making in front of work/life balance and what’s right. Instead of using the plethora of experience on their teams to help create and execute fair and equitable solutions to grow the culture and business, alike; they force positional changes, demand that serving staff supplement the income of other support positions and refuse to uphold any of the values and foundations the culture is allegedly built around.
