Pros

The Grand Prairie/Dallas call center leadership and advocates are dedicated professionals. However, everyone is terrified of corp call center leadership. The training department does an excellent job of trying to prepare advocates with the tools they need in the limited timeframe in which they are given.

Cons

The national call center leadership of RH does not value the RH Dallas team. They are viewed as replaceable pieces of the profit puzzle which changes at any drop in sales There is favoritism, bullying, racism and NO opportunity to have a life outside of RH There is also a complete disregard for HR policies. 3/4 of the employees are on food stamps due to the low full time salaries. The technology used to service the calls and administer timekeeping is manual and 30 years out of date. Any self respecting person would chose not to work for the RH call center

Pros

Trauma bonding with your team.

Cons

Leadership has no pulse on reality. They put business need and dictator-like decision making in front of work/life balance and what’s right. Instead of using the plethora of experience on their teams to help create and execute fair and equitable solutions to grow the culture and business, alike; they force positional changes, demand that serving staff supplement the income of other support positions and refuse to uphold any of the values and foundations the culture is allegedly built around.
