The pay was nice for someone earlier in their career, and it was fun to see so many samples come in.
Cons
There was a lot of leadership changing their minds, which put a lot of pressure on the lower-tier employees. My work was not recognized very often, and the role felt much more hands-off the products than I expected in product development. If you enjoy the management and communications side rather than hands-on design and problem solving, this could be a good opportunity for you.
