      1. After the recent structural changes in hr department, they really treat the employees in a horrible way. 2. The management is money centric and makes poor decisions. 3. Never interested in keeping good employees. They want people who don't demand salary hikes

      Pros

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
