Salary not impressive; inflation equivalent pay reviews Support from other teams is poor because they are strained; a lot of your job is to chase everyone for what little resource there is Redundancies - teams have been shrinking for some time Company isn't doing great financially and hasn't been for several years, so don't expect any decent benefits, social events or crucially, bonuses (they are based on performance of the entire organisation, not just you or your division) - I don't think a non-senior bonus has been given out since before covid!

There are far too many to mention in all honesty. Constant restructuring or re segmentation of customer accounts (annual basis) makes it possible to retain long-term business relationships and achieve the unrealistic targets, which are increased year on year with an increasingly skeleton team. We are made promises to improve on our workload and the stresses we are under; yet these promises have never been delivered. So many unhappy employees at RM now due to being stretched to the max and dealing with unhappy customers or unhappy work colleagues. So many of us are desperate to get out the door!
