      Pros

      I joined RM from a small company and I had excellent career growth with RM. Good technology, nice people and lot of opportunities if you focus on your work. RM gives the work environment which will help you to improve the Technical Skills as well as Soft Skills. Lot of opportunities for getting various trainings.

      Cons

      RM is very particular about following processes. So, when it comes to promotions, you will not get one if you have not completed the number of years with the company even if you are really good.

      Pros

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
