      Pros

      Growth and support is offered widely - lots of stretch and opportunities. Decisions, vision and business news is openly shared and well communicated. Leadership team care about the success of the business regular and provide opportunities to feedback and contribute to the companies improvement and success

      Cons

      There are a lot of talented people at RM, but workloads tend to be heavy for a minority and not evenly shared.

      Pros

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
